3 Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4 Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5 Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6 Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7 This unit has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8 Our pet fee is $25CAD per pet, per night. please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit
*breach of any of the above house rules may result in a fine of $200-500cad (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation)
9 We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. Summary: Great property to stay out that’s steps to the Nordic centre and the downhill skiing. The kids loved playing foosball and the hot tub in the common areas. One thing to note is there is no washing and dryer in this unit. Would stay again.
