centrally located on the border of pittsford/henrietta and minutes from the 590 and 390 expressways, you are close to shopping, cultural events, rochester institute of technology (rit) and a wegmans grocery store minutes away A beautiful new YMCA is two minutes away.
sleeping six, there are three bedrooms and two baths all located on the same level of this ranch home
you will self check-in to your stay via keypad on the front door, with a lockbox w/key as backup
i am available via the airbnb portal or in emergency by phone; please let me know what you need to enjoy your stay!
there is a section of the yard fenced for pets Pets welcome if approved by host - $25/night/pet. Please enquire. Fee will be requested a few days prior to your arrival.
parking in driveway with room for several vehicles - and a turnabout for changing direction

no smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest All smoking must be done outdoors.

Summary: Comfortable home with plenty of amenities. We appreciated the extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchen ware. We were also grateful for use of a washer and dryer. The location of the home is very convenient and close to things.
