Located on a private, partially fenced lot in Mattituck Village, near the Hampton Jitney stop and all conveniences including Love Lane. There is a large yard with a fenced-in gunite pool surrounded by the privacy of bamboo. The house is an updated two-story farm house dating back to the 1800s. The ground floor has a new kitchen, powder room, den with flatscreen TV, sun room, and a large great room with a dining table and wood burning fireplace. The second floor has a large master suite with a king bed, a full guest bath, and 2 additional bedrooms (queen beds in both rooms). We have a large patio with dining area and a charcoal grill, as well as a covered porch for shade. We are walking distance to a town beach and within minutes to many other area beaches. Grocery store, movie theatre and several restaurants just around the corner. The house is a perfect retreat for a family who wants to enjoy the summer on the North Fork.
