A reliable vehicle, sits seven/eight and has room in the back for your beach chairs, towels, cooler, groceries etc. Car also has beach pass for nearby Lamberts Cove Beach.

there is a microwave, and refrigerator, but there is not a full kitchen There is an outdoor grill if you want to barbecue. The place also has central air conditioning and heating.
this is the top floor of our house There is another rental unit on the ground floor that has a separate entrance, and most likely you will not interact with anyone staying in the other unit. The parking areas and entrances to the yard are also separate.
there are dogs on property but they are friendly and will not be in your space You may see them occasionally outside.
we are about 20 minutes from the main towns like oak bluffs and edgartown, although we are within walking distance to the grocery store, pharmacy, post office and a bus stop We have additional parking for one vehicle if needed.
