Some of the homes are being lovingly restored and some are just well-loved. Be sure to wave to the neighbors as you drive by or as they walk past your front porch.
(this is not a highly affluent neighborhood although fort mill does have those just around the corner We want to be sure to be upfront about that as it does matter to some people.) This home has been very well managed & listed on Vrbo for 2 years under previous owners with 5-star reviews and never a safety issue. We have managed it personally for 4 years as of June, 2025.
