welcome to shoreline seascape in the beautiful coastal town of florence, oregon Nestled away in a gated community which ensures privacy and serenity, this gorgeous home has private beach access to miles of golden sand and blue waters of the Pacific.
this home is 3,000 square feet and has three levels of living space with every room offering breathtaking views of the ocean and beach The main floor offers a king bed suite with Jacuzzi tub, living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room and laundry room. Step out the kitchen door onto the wrap around deck that includes a BBQ Grill, hot tub and patio furniture. The lower level has another king suite, living room, large wet bar and mudroom with a back door to another deck. Go out the gate and take the stairs to your beach access. The third floor has a queen bedroom, desk, full bathroom and loft with Futon bed.
