Summary: The house didn’t justify the price. The property isn’t very attractive and the lawn care is mostly non existent. The door locks! Only one door worked and the side door is a bear to get locked. Replace the kitchen faucet before it breaks off in someone’s hand. No patio furniture and I didn’t see a bbq but it may have been on the lower level. Need some kind of sun block for the upstairs windows - gets very warm and super bright in the afternoon. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean - would be nice if you cleaned the windows! No kleenex in the house.
