The master king room is on the first floor and three guest king rooms are on the second floor. The downstairs bunk room features two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, with one trundle twin bed. Additionally there is a pull out couch in the loft living space that sleeps 2. This brings that total to 15 sleeping spaces.
