Summary: With Cruise ships blighting Lerwick, this country hotel overlooking the sea was a good find. a very individual inn, not quirky but functional. Showing it's age just a tad but would certainly say that it is good value for money (includes a cooked breakfast). Great location for visiting the northern islands of Yell and Unst as well as Scalloway and North Mavine. Roads on Shetland, especially the A Roads are well engineered and maintained so you can get everywhere on Mainland in an hour from here if you have hire car.
