bracken has been lovingly furnished to give you some where cosy to come back to after a day of adventure in the lakes Guests staying in Bracken will benefit from a large outdoor area just for them featuring a POD and a BBQ hut with beautiful views over the adjoining field.
infront of bracken you will find a terrace area with a dining table and gas bbq, the entrance is located on the terrace through glass patio doors
once inside you will find an open plan living area this includes a corner sofa with drift wood coffee table which is positioned so you can enjoy the view The sofa also pulls out to a double bed creating an extra bedroom. There is a large dining table chairs and a kitchen in the same room.
in the kitchen you will find a large fridge, hob, kettle, toaster and microwave oven with plenty of cupboard space We have stocked the kitchen with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils everything we think you will need for your stay. We also provide tea, coffee, sugar and 1 pint of milk on arrival.
at the back of the open plan living area, you will find a double bedroom, twin bedroom and the bathroom
the bathroom is located in the middle of the property and includes a shower, sink and toilet
the double bedroom features a wardrobe, bed side tables with lamps and a dressing table with a stool whilst the twin bedroom features a wardrobe and bed side tables with lamps
the interior of bracken has stone tiles throughout with underfloor heating
as well as a bbq terrace outside of bracken you will find a pod which has two additional beds and a seating area, as well as the bbq hut which provides a lovely place to spend your evenings
all bedding and towels are provided and parking for 1 car is available outside the property - well behaved dogs are welcome
welcome to newlands farm stables We are a collection of 5 Glamping units located in an old stable block and barn that have been sympathetically converted into modern yet cosy units.
the units are designed for simple living and to enjoy the outdoors There are no TV's or a cooker. The main cooking facilities are BBQ, pizza oven, microwave and slow cooker.
all properties are provided with tea, coffee, milk, bed linen and towels (more available on request) as well as all utensils needed for cooking
