It has a full kitchen, laundry room, open dining and living room. With huge windows facing the water, the view is spectacular with plenty of natural sunlight throughout the home. Enjoy your private patio from right outside the master bedroom or living room.
we've recently added a brand new expansive boat dock including 2 slips with boat lifts, a large upper deck, fish cleaning station, swim ladder, and fishing lights with extra docking on each side, our boat dock can easily accommodate 4 boats!
if you're planning to spend time on the beach, ask about our brand new polaris ranger side-by-side which seats 6 people and has a truck bed to carry beach gear and an ice chest it's fully loaded with bluetooth stereo speakers, a light bar, a/c, and a winch, just in case it's needed!
