Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The staff was friendly, the upper deck was had nice view and the ducks were right outside the window. bed was comfy and the room was cleverly decorated. Unfortunately this was very much overshadowed by the negatives.
Negative: The room was cold and damp, which made it smell badly. There were little spiders and bugs everywhere, I spent first twenty minutes in the room trying to get rid of miniature spiders all around the window. The bathroom sink was leaking, there was water dripping in the shower and also on the floor around the toilet. This added to the dampness feel. The upper deck was dark in the evening, no lights or anything. So much potential wasted.
Summary: It was a terrible disappointment and it truly wasn’t good value for such a huge amount of money.
