our house is lake front property situated at the head of boone lake/tail-waters of the south-fork of the holston river There is a dock that is available for shared use where you can dock you water vessel or just sit and sun.
unit#1 - the upper level of the house has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, dining room, living room, and a large kitchen with double french doors that lead to a 14' x 36' cover deck
unit#2 - the lower level has 1 large bedroom with 2 queen beds, a full bath, den with sleeper sofa and kitchen
the house can be rented as a whole or either level can be rented separately
bring a group or just a couple and your needs can be met Maximum number for groups will be limited to 12 guest. (This property is not intended for use as a family reunion site unless that is arranged with the owner prior to booking. Property is furnished for the maximum number of paying guest as stated above.)
