important: the cabin does not have a/c Because it is located over 4300 feet above sea level, the temperatures are rarely above the 70's even in the warmest months of the year. nights are always nice and cool!
4 wheel drive is recommended during all months but required during winter months The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and has some sharp curves for the last 1.5 miles. Snow removal can be unpredictable.
note: although the cabin is private and in a very rural area, there are other houses within view including a property next door It is not very close, but still exists. It is a very quiet and peaceful area.
