This is a stunning 5 acre property ready for you to arrive and unwind in this Idyllic location. This is a property that just has that 'touch of class'. A spotless presentation and a beautiful internal decor. With the home north facing and decking all around you can take in the feeling of this luxurious country estate. Abundant plant life merging into the natural valley setting and outlook that creates a feeling of peacefulness.A small orchard with healthy fruit trees also adds to the authenticity of this rural experience. Our home has two large living areas (one with a wood fire heater), spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 1 queen with en-suite including a large bath,1 double, a single with a bunk bed and a fold out sofa bed in one of the living rooms. We want you to walk into the house with nothing to worry about or prepare so we have included towels, linen, a washing machine, microwave, stove, large fridge, all cooking equipment, gas barbecue, TV DVDs and ample storage. There are also various books available to read in a quiet little area for those reading enthusiasts amongst you. A Nespresso coffee machine is available with pods (we endeavour to keep it stocked at all times) for those who can't go without coffee first thing in the morning. We would ask that you donate $1 for each pod you use into our donation jar for the RSPCA which is a charity close to our hearts. Pets are considered. Plenty of parking in front of the house on the drive in/drive out driveway. . Location Set only 4 km's from town you can enjoy all the quiet and the country community lifestyle Bridgetown has to offer. Stay put in this beautiful property or venture out to see what Bridgetown has to offer including, cafes, local fashion and craft shops,wineries (we are only 2 km's from Sunnyhurst Winery),The Cidery, pubs and even a lolly shop for the kids. Plenty of trails to walk,ride or run around Bridgetown and a golf course for the more active amongst you. Other information All efforts have been made to make this property as safe for you to stay as possible. If you have small children please ensure they are supervised especially whilst using the wood fire heater and using the stair from the deck to the garden.
