quiet hours begin at 10 pm, with no exceptions Our house is located between our lovely neighbors so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the patio or in the yard after 10 pm please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out.
check the local weather forecast at least 5 days in advance Guests with all-weather tires HAVE gotten stuck in the driveway in the past. PLEASE prepare with winter tires or bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter season.
fyi - for guests bringing pets, please clean up after them We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture).
