Positive: Clean and well supplied with everything we needed.

Negative: Unable to access the check-in link on the booking.com messages, therefore, we didn’t realize that there wasn’t an employee to assist with check-in on site. We messaged the number but it was not responded to until later. Everything turned out well in the end and the person we messaged with was very nice
