built in the plantation style, the house has high ceilings, and large reception and bed rooms White floor tiles, complemented by white or pastel walls and ceilings accentuate the feeling of space, light and airiness throughout the 5,000 sq.ft building.
5 air-conditioned double bedrooms all open through french doors onto deep covered verandas, shaded from the sun and cooled by the trade breezes The verandas double as reception areas and in addition there is a large drawing room downstairs, and upstairs a spacious entrance hall with internet /computer etc..
the dining area is an extension of the downstairs veranda and adjoins a big, nicely equipped kitchen

the whole estate has been upgraded, renovated and redecorated in 2007 The garden offers an interesting variety of tropical flowers, shrubs and trees, both decorative and fruiting. For the safety of non-swimming children, wooden balustrades are available to put in front of the pool. The house is ideally situated for the beaches, golf and tennis clubs, all of which are within 3 minutes drive. Rodney Bay with it shopping mall, restaurants, marina and nightclubs is within 10 minutes by car.
