spacious, one bedroom house (650 sq ft), newly built in 2015 with vaulted ceilings and views of open space in the historic gold rush town of columbia Private with fenced garden and patio. Central Air & Heat, Washer/Dryer, well-equipped kitchen. Filtered well water, views of open space out of every window. Very comfortable space to relax, work, or as a base for exploring the area.
