This stilted 4-level split home with almost 3,000 Square feet of indoor living and 2,000 square feet of outdoor living, is where you have room to spread out for some much-needed R&R. We are big dog owners and know how hard it can be to find a space that is accommodating to them. So of course, we had to be one of the very few Super Hosts that love to host our large four-legged guests as well....no weight limit here!
the main floor is an entertainer’s delight floor plan, with a large family room that opens to the kitchen and eating area The family room has large leather sectional, armchairs, and a 65” smart TV mounted over the fireplace, plus a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the water. The Kitchen/Eating area includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, plus a fully stocked kitchen that makes it ready for you to make the perfect breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No takeout is needed with chef-quality cookware and dinnerware, plus stocked coffee, spices, and pantry staples. From the main floor, you can access a small deck perfect for that morning cup of coffee or afternoon beer. From here you’re just steps away from the huge deck with outdoor sectional, rocking chairs, bistro dining and a 10ft offset umbrella.

Each bed has comfy bedding, 2 pillows, a side table, and a USB reading lamp. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed, with a memory foam mattress, beautiful bedding, a 50” smart TV, and a window seat. Next to the bedrooms is a recently updated full bathroom, with a tub/shower. The laundry area includes the washer and dryer, drying rack, and iron/ironing board for our guests.
