the house is pet friendly Potentially open to two dogs - please reach out. We provide dog towels, small bed and dog bowls. The property is dog heaven with direct beach access. Please ensure your pup does not chase the wildlife such as shorebirds. Further instructions will be in the house guide. $50 per dog.
parking
1 parking spot is included with the building Any other vehicles have access to complimentary street parking. There is taxi service or embrace walking or biking in town to get around on the designated MUP (multi use path).
we charge a $50+tax cancellation fee if you cancel outside the 30 day cancellation policy
booking policy:
- cancellation policy: we offer a 30 day cancellation policy If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $50 plus tax non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days’ notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
- bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus 16% tax (gst, pst and mrdt (municipal) tax)
- an additional $25 per person per night before taxes after the fourth person
- dog friendly (no cats): please advise at time of booking Dog towels will be provided. $50 per dog (1 dog max.)
- during the peak summer season (june 15 – sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.
- mid-season rates apply on winter long weekends and during christmas
- 3-night minimum stay for all canadian statutory holidays
- 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season
- monthly stays: pst and mrdt do not apply and the system service fee will be discounted so please reach out for a quote
