This 200 year old Caseta (Spanish farmhouse) has been beautifully restored and stylishly decorated in the past year.
the house is situated in the hills of benissa with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains
it is a 5 minute drive to the center of the historic town of benissa with its nice bars and restaurants
there is a very nice market on saturdays
there are also 4 large supermarkets in benissa where everything is for sale
furthermore, it is a 15-minute drive to the beaches of moraira, calpe and altea
the closest airports are those of alicante (45 minutes) and valencia (1 hour)
it has 3 x 2-person bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a large attractive living room with everything you need and a tv
the house has air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs
in front of the house a spacious naja (covered terrace) with a large dining table with access to the swimming pool with terrace With sun loungers, parasols and BBQ.
