Positive: The location was ideal. There was ample room for everyone to have their space. The remodeled areas of home were very very nice. I liked that there were items to use like trash bags, condiments and coffee. There was also plenty of towels and a nice washer and dryer. Bed’s were pretty comfortable. The pool table wasn’t really necessary and we could’ve used another sitting area. Proximity to the beach and the beach were really nice.
Negative: There was a musty smell that lingered in our clothes after we left. The areas of the house that wasn’t remodeled was very noticeable, but doable seeing the result of the remodel. The bright EXIT signs were very bright and maybe not allowable but we had to cover them at night to sleep. The property was lushly and beautifully landscaped and so the mosquito and no see um population was lush! Bring your bug spray! The pool wasn’t enclosed with screen and so hours were limited for us with kids because of the bugs.
