the structure, which in its internal part is around 400m2, is made up of 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 large living room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 open space room and a laundry room all divided into two buildings, a main villa and a beautiful dependance, set in a magnificent large maniacally cared for garden
main villa
the main villa is composed of:
• ground floor :
- a large living room of 90 m2, equipped with bathroom, smart tv, large sofas, dining table and fireplace;
- a large and equipped kitchen;
- an entrance/hallway for access to the upper floor;
- a large bedroom with fireplace and private bathroom;
all the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to a large outdoor space, which connects the villa with the annex, perfectly equipped with sofas, deckchairs and umbrellas, an ideal location for outdoor lunches/dinners on cool summer days
• first floor :
on the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, one with the possibility of adding two more beds, the other with exclusive access to a large terrace with spectacular views during the sunset hours A bathroom with shower serves the two bedrooms, which can also be accessed via an external staircase that leads directly to the main entrance of the villa.
 the annex
the dependance is composed of an open space living room/lounge equipped with a kitchenette and dining table, a large double bedroom, a private bathroom and a laundry room It also has direct access to the large outdoor space, as well as a reserved and protected space intended for services.

two single beds and a sofa bed are available on request for a total capacity of 12 people
