This is the one! Cute, cozy, & clean year-round house with 60β private subdivision residents'-only beach. Beach has a huge deck with built-in benches and a high-top island. Deck is great for morning coffee, happy hour, sunset & star gazing, or watching the kids swim.
our private, small subdivision has an extraordinary sandy beach (not visible from cottage due to small hill) which is less than a 2 min walk to access across the road We also have a wagon for you to easily transport your beach gear.
we sleep six There are two bedrooms; one located on the main floor & one on the upper floor (loft type, no door, but visually private) - there is also a queen sofa bed in the living room.
everything needed for a great stay is provided Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher.
when not enjoying the beach, or visiting nearby caseville & port austin, thereβs plenty to do at the cottageβrelax on the back deck, grill your meals using our propane bbq grill; play a game of cornhole, enjoy a campfire at the fire pit in the backyard
