Less than an hour's drive from both Bari and Brindisi airport, is our wonderfully comfortable newly renovated family home. It is a 100 year old Trullo Villa in the Unesco World Heritage area of Valle dβItria and the house has thick stone walls that keep the heat out in the summer.
in the summer of 2018 a new saltwater swimming pool (40 m2) was installed with a spacious terrace around it and an outdoor shower
the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen with all amenities, spacious living room with a dining area and a sitting area The house has a large covered terrace by the kitchen, patio by the living room, nice places in the garden to hang out in the hammock or to relax in a sun lounger. next to the house and the courtyard is a garage with the outdoor kitchen and pizza oven,
the beach is only a 15 minute drive to capitolo or to torre canne with many beautiful beach bars or public beach there is an endless amount to do !! or if you feel like it: nothing at all ;-)
the final cleaning is not yet included in the rent and must be settled in cash directly on arrival with the housekeeper: 50 euros to 4 people, and 80 euros to 8 people
