this home is convenient to groceries, dinning and shopping areas only a few minutes away from swfl airport

the home is equipped with full size stainless kitchen appliances Flooring in the living area is tile floors and carpet in bedroom areas. you can enjoy the view over the lake from the screened patio

the master bedroom, second and third bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dinning areas, patio are all open to you
other things to note
the home includes a fourth bedroom that will not be available for use The garage area will be made available only upon request. The 4th bedroom as well as the garage are the only areas that have indoor cameras.
the other three cameras are outdoors which are located right above the garage, in the lanai area and also a ring door bell camera the home has an adt alarm security system
please be respectful of all residents and guests in the community This is a very friendly neighborhood with people walking around with pets, parents walking their children, couples going for a walk. feel free to walk about the community to lakes, pool area etc but you must abide by the association's regulations which will be provided to you upon moving in with the short term rental agreement
please note..I will give preference to those with longer stay requests as my listing is designed to accommodate such needs.
