this house has an attached lock off apartment, otherwise known as an additional dwelling unit (adu) The owner occupies this ADU when he is not traveling for work. There is absolutely no shared spaces. The only place with interaction would be in the driveway/yard. This basically provides an on site property manager to help with any issues that may arise..
