Our property in Jopi lies right at the edge of a quiet village and is a lovingly restored farmhouse that was fully renovated in 2015. It consists of an old farmhouse that sits under the shade of a huge Ladonja tree on one side, and a huge modern living area and kitchen on the other.
outside boasts a custom-built grill area and private pool set amid a beautifully designed, large garden with lawn perfect for children to play in
upstairs there is a vast master bedroom with private terrace, large shower room and separate mezzanine tv area as well as an ante-room that can be used as an over-spill sleeping area
downstairs there is a double and twin bedroom sharing a large shower room that are set off the large open plan kitchen and living space, as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas that could comfortably accommodate a large dinner party
the property has wi-fi and air-conditioning in the living area and master bedroom The downstairs bedrooms benefit from the natural, dark cooling nature of the old stone farmhouse but there are also fans available for the really hot nights.
