This beautiful home has an open floor plan, perfect for family gatherings and enjoying the amazing weather of Cabo San Lucas . The big pocket doors off the main living area open so you can enjoy the warm air and light breeze with the full screens opened or closed. This home has a large flat screen in the Living room and a smaller one in the master bedroom, both have an Amazon firestck, so you just need your Netflix and prime login information. The 2 spare bedrooms have their own en suite and the master bedroom has it's own private en suite. There is a half bath on the main level. The pool is deep enough for diving into or just lounging in your floatie, the pool and hot tub are sitting in the beautiful tropical garden. Enjoy cooking in your full kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite counters. The large BBQ is on the rooftop. Take in a sunset and city lights while sitting on the rooftop patio. The secured and gated development is quiet, and offers a community pool if you want to socialize. Friday a local fisherman comes with his fresh" catch of the day",including tuna,lobster,sierra,dorado,sea bass, prawns, scallops and crab. This beautiful development is quiet, well taken care of and has 24 hour security.
this development is not good for spring breakers , bachelor or bachelorette gatherings!!! there are strict rules about quiet times and no speeding in the development
