location: <3 miles (<7 mins) to white sand beaches (englewood, lemon bay, and stump pass beaches and gulf of mexico), <10 mins to great restaurants, parks, golf courses, historical landmarks, shopping centers, water activities and more
boaters: ~1 mile canals and 2 bridges accessing to the bay (bridge one is about 7 feet and bridge two is about 11 feet), additional 2 miles to stump pass beach with open access to the gulf Ainger Creek Park, is a free nearby boat launch about 1.4 miles from the home. We have large parking space for trailer and many cars.
