enjoy a private getaway on lake travis in this beautifully decorated home! wake up and enjoy your coffee while watching beautiful deer roaming the grounds! next, you have many options for your day as this property is perfect for campfires, fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, outdoor games or just a lazy afternoon in the hammock This 1 acre lot has a large patio, 3 fire pits with chairs, a private dock for your boat to tie off. We also have a game space complete with a ping pong table. Jones Brothers Park is a short kayak away! We have a neighborhood boat launch you are welcome to use or you may use the public boat ramp at Jones Brothers Park which is located across the lake from us.
our home is completely furnished including a kitchen equipped with plenty of cooking gadgets - just bring your favorite food and drink! after a great day on the lake, enjoy a peaceful and relaxing view from the patio and watch the sun set over the ridge You may want to play board games, watch a football game or movie on our outdoor TV, BBQ, eat s’mores around one of our fire pits or play one of our outdoor games like corn hole, horse shoes or tether ball! We are 10 minutes to great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping and 30 min to downtown Austin.
three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths: we have two bedrooms downstairs - each having a queen bed and private bathroom The spiral staircase leads you up to a loft with three twin beds and a pull-out couch that makes into a full bed and a 1/2 bath. The loft has a TV with gaming system as well.
the property has an ice chest, outdoor grill, charcoal grill and kayaks We have chairs on the dock and two 8' folding tables in the garage you are welcome to use.

-please be respectful of neighbors on the lake and comply with the city noise ordinance after 10:00
