4 Bedroom House in Palo Cedro
Cozy Country Home with an amazing setting in lots of privacy. The Home has 3+ lovely bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms with a Wonderful Covered Deck overlooking the pool where you can barbecue and enjoy the scenery, lots of trees and flowers. the home has a private gate with code and it’s located in a lovely area of palo cedro at the end of the road with lots of privacy also has a large family room with 65 inch flat screen tv and flat screen tvs in all the bedrooms and very comfortable mattresses for a good nights sleep, please no late night parties no noise after 9 pm we have neighbors that we have to consider,
we need at least 14 days notice to receive a refund so that we might offer the home to another guest
the pool is not heated and is only warm during the warmer months of june through october, however the weather and the temperatures are beautiful during these winter months
we also have a nice heated jacuzzi/hot tub that is available year round
please be aware that the gardeners and the pool technician will come when you are there
there is an additional charge for a pet but they cannot be on the furniture
