Charming fully equipped chalet. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with two single beds. Resting place amid nature in a quiet and beautiful region of Morretes, 5 km from the city center. Kiosk with wood stove and oven, as well as a fire pit AND A WAREHOUSE WITH PRODUCTS FOR SALE. Access to trails and the Iporanga River, with a natural swimming pool less than 300 meters away. The chalet has good books and a box of Legos. Bicycles can be rented.

the chalet has a small garage in the outdoor area, with a bench and hooks for a hammock (the hammock is included) and is located next to a kiosk with large dining tables, sink and oven and wood stove At the back of the chalet there is a pergola with hooks for a hammock, where a 10-minute trail begins around the farm, passing alongside a beautiful stream for a length of 100 meters.
