This nice residence is fully furnished and has four roomy bedrooms. The master room has a walking-in-closet. It has a living room, dining room, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The high ceiling and window system on top and between the areas inside the home, provide excellent ventilation, keeping it at a nice temperature environmentally friendly. Its two spacious balconies provide the perfect space to rest or to simply enjoy the cozy nature of Puerto Rico, accompanied by the singing of the great diversity of birds that live in the area. Located on the landlocked mountainous of the center of the Island, sacred place for our ancestors the Taino Indians, the property was part of a former coffee farm and has an extension of 7.5 acres, which you will be able to explore and be in contact with nature.

we also run batey zipline adventure, a nature adventure company that offer tours around the tanamá river area (about 10 minutes away from the house) and include activities like zip lining, rappelling, caving, river kayaking, forest hiking, suspension bridge, and horseback riding our guests receive a 10% discount on all zipline tours!
