Our house is a stylish, spacious family home close to Brixham harbour. We have everything you would need for a great family holiday, including a hot tub.
the space
downstairs we have a very spacious living room with a tv and wood burner Then a kitchen with an induction hob and dining room at the back of the house which leads out to the garden and all important hot tub.
on the 1st floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite a bedroom with a double bed and a room at the back with bunkbeds and a cot
then on the second floor are two more bedrooms with king size beds
guest access
outside is a two hour parking spot that is enforced on weekdays between 8-6 But there is free on street parking on lots of streets around us.
it’s a 5 minute walk from the house down to the high street then a couple more minutes to the harbour
beautiful berry head is a 20 minute walk in the other direction
dartmouth is a 15 minute drive/ferry ride away (depending on how lucky you get with the ferries!)
