parking: rental guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first At Bear Trap Dunes, in addition to parking available at the home, there are also additional parking locations available ( including the large parking lot next to the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion) which do not have assigned parking spots and are available for Rental Guests to use.

cancellation policy:
if guest wishes to cancel a reservation after property manager receives deposit from rental guest, then rental guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing and receive written confirmation back from the property manager
the following refund policy will apply:
a) a cancellation notice received from owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the check in date will receive a refund, in full **
b) if acancellation notice is received by property manager less than thirty (30) days prior to check in date but more than 14 days prior to check in date, then guest will receive a 50% refund **
c) a cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund **
** the customer service fee, however, is not refundable under sections a, b and c above.
