This newly updated bean point beach cottage has valuted ceilings with fans. 1 full bedroom offers a brand new comfy (Electric adjustable sit-up) King bed with Large TV and ceiling fan. Livingroom offers open floor plan to Kitchen plus 1 brand new very comfortable XL long twin mattresses daybed for tall adult (or children). Interior Living Room Dining table - seats 4. Kitchen Island - seats 2. Exterior table just off living room back door offers umbrella 6 seating area. Sit, Outdoor shower for…beach days. Full sized washer / dryer inside unit. Large 55” Living Room TV / Free Internet sit at 2 comfortable cushioned chairs with a large automan. A couple of beach chairs are available outside. Room for golf cart parking directly at front door (if you rent one). This property is managed by its owner and very well taken care of.
