Our private apartment we call `El Sol by the Sea` is new to the market and is a renovated Poolside Studio apartment on Condado Beach in the secure gated condominium of Condado del Mar. Located on the second floor, our renovated, sunny cabana apartment provides sleeping for 2 in a Queen bed and 1 full bathroom. The kitchen includes refrigerator, 2 electric burners, convection/microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. All linens, pillows, towels, bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board and hairdryer are provided. This apartment also has a washer and dryer (rare in Cabana apartments). We also provide linens and towels. Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you! The apartment has streaming TV for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the pool or the beach. The apartment is fully air conditioned. We provide High-Speed WIFI and streaming TV. Reserved parking for one car is included. This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location in the heart of Condado. You`ll be able to walk to La Concha Resort and Casino. Both resorts offer services at the beach for a fee. You`ll also be able to walk to all the Condado restaurants, bars, CVS, Walgreens, liquor store, and a full service 24/7 supermarket. Just 15 min from Luis Munoz International Airport, 10 min to Old San Juan, 40 min to El Yunque. UBER or taxi to anything around, Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Condado and beyond.

the individual who makes the reservation must be the registered guest, be at least 25 years old We kindly ask guests to use the property as a vacation rental, adhering to all applicable laws. Only the confirmed number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the unit. We kindly as our guests to maintain a peaceful environment, ensuring that noise or disturbances do not disturb nearby property owners. Any disruptive behavior in the unit or common areas may lead to the immediate eviction from the premises, and unfortunately, no refunds will be offered. Guests will also be responsible for any fines incurred due to inappropriate behavior while on the property.

as your host during this short-term stay, we retain the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances If that happens, we will strive to provide similar accommodation or offer a full refund or credit for a future visit.
please be aware that our cancellation policy varies based on the booking You can find the specific terms associated with your reservation on the booking platform used. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within ten business days.
if you`ve been approved to bring a pet, an additional $250 damage deposit will apply
if you do not check in for your reservation, without prior notice, the entire cost of the stay will be charged, and no refunds will be issued
regarding utility outages, please note that if they occur due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or compensation unless the outage lasts more than 24 hours In such cases, any compensation will be determined at the host`s discretion. For any issues related to Wi-Fi outages, we will do everything possible to have services restored by the provider, however, we regret that no refunds can be issued.
if guests leave personal items behind, we will make every reasonable effort to return them after contacting the guest However, if these items remain unclaimed for 30 days, they will become the property of the host, who cannot be held responsible for their condition.

we understand that weather can be a concern when traveling to a tropical island Our hurricane and storm policy are designed to be clear and fair. Refunds will only be issued if the National Weather Service declares a mandatory evacuation for our location. In such a case, we`ll refund the unused portion of your current booking, or any reservation scheduled to begin during the mandatory evacuation period, starting from the day the order is given. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for regular rain or tropical storms, as these are part of the natural climate here. However, we`re happy to work with you to reschedule your cancelled vacation based on our availability.
liability waiver: kasa vacation rentals is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items that belong to guests This includes losses from natural events such as floods, storms, or other `Acts of Nature.` Additionally, for incidents like fire, water issues, power outages beyond our control, or disruptions caused by service providers, KASA cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred by the guest.
