Also on the 1st floor is Bedroom 1, with a king bed, large screen TV, full bath and patio access. Upstairs you will find the 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, large screen TV and private bath. Bedroom 3 upstairs has 2 twin over full bunk beds, an air hockey table, TV and private bath. Enjoy the ocean breezes, sunrises and sunsets because both of these rooms have doors that lead to the 2nd floor deck with hammocks! THE GOOD LIFE also boasts an enormous driveway that allows an exclusive boat trailer parking space in addition to guest parking. There is also a basketball goal. The neighborhood beach boardwalk is golf cart friendly!
