EDGEWATER is a beautiful beachfront apartment situated in Fitts Village, along Barbadosβ platinum West coast. The property is divided into two apartments. The ground floor apartment is available for rent and has its own dedicated entrance, which enters through a large arched doorway into a private, partially covered courtyard. A refreshing pool for your exclusive use, with built in seating gleams amongst the lush cascade of Bougainvillea and foliage. A perfect place to sunbath on the loungers, whilst sipping our local homemade rum punch.
from there you enter through an airy atrium with an abundance of natural light into the indoor sitting area with a comfortable sectional couch and tv Louvered bifold doors open from the sitting to a spacious, covered, ocean front patio with dining for 6, lounging and bar area with seating. This area also has mature trees and a small tropical garden with water feature. From here spectacular views of the ocean can be enjoyed, whilst watching catamarans sail by, or just simply enjoy the sun set. There is great snorkeling on an exquisite reef just in front of the house where turtles can be spotted daily.

Nearby Holetown, offers a lovely selection of ocean front restaurants and both high end and local shops. The famous Cliff, QP Bistro, Il Tiempo, Wendys sports bar, Cariba restaurants are less than half mile away.
