Alamitos Bay across the street for swimming and boating, views of Catalina,& downtown LB. Located on Long Beach’s desirable Peninsula, surrounded by 3 bodies of water. Hideaway for locals, and multi million $$ homes. Quiet, safe residential area. Relax under a large covered patio while enjoying ocean sea breezes! Spacious 3 BR./2 BA, entire lower duplex. I live upstairs in the upper unit) hardwood floors throughout , a new Samsung French door refrigerator and all new queen mattresses and linens. Open floor plan, fully furnished, large modern kitchen with Granite peninsula bar, updated bathrooms, 3 LED TV’s ( 2 bedrooms have TV’s, Ideal location , only 50 min away from Hollywood , 30 min. To Disneyland and Orange County. 1 off street parking behind house, in a tandem driveway. Park up to orange cones and next to beige wall. My car is parked parallel of garage , both cars can get out easily). All other cars , ample street parking. Webber charcoal grill. Volleyballs for beach volleyball , smash ball,Beach chairs, boggie boards, beach toys . Bikes , kayaks and stand up paddle boards ,with instruction) are available 5 min away . I live upstairs with my husband, Paul and my 2 small dogs, Rosie and Nikki. I respect your privacy, but am easily available for questions and needs. I enjoy helping people plan the trip of their dreams! Quiet residential area. Friendly neighbors, that enjoy their privacy.Quiet hours after 10 pm , no loud music or talking on deck. Not a house for parties or gatherings over 8. A car is recommended to get groceries, and sight see. There is a liquor/ convenience store and coffee shop , 5 min. walk, to “Vibes”, great breakfast and lunch on 62 nd street.) Can also walk to 2nd street in Belmont Shore along the beach to dine al fresco . Many restaurants deliver. City Bike share also available 5 min. walk away. Uber and Lyft pick up quickly and are easy to get.We now have a free shuttle that will pick up and take you to Belmont Shore or Downtown long Beach, both an easy 5/10 min. Drive.
