Newly built in May 2021, this fabulous CARIBBEAN RETREAT, located on the quieter West end of Panama City Beach, Florida has everything you could possibly want! Entering the front door you are greeted with Caribbean vibes as surfboards provide much needed information. The living area, dining and kitchen are all open to one another for great family gatherings. The French doors lead out to the back porch and fabulous pool (pool heat in cooler weather is optional- contact property manager for price, ) with space and seating for the whole family. In the living area the large comfortable U-shaped sectional provides seating for everyone to enjoy the 75 inch Smart TV after a fun day on the beach. The table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 4. Three spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 10 in beds (no having to open and close a sleeper). The master features a relaxing King bed, Smart TV, view of the pool and private bath with shower. The front bedroom offers a Queen bed, Smart TV and shares a bath with the third bedroom. There are two bunks with twins over fulls in the middle bedroom, perfect for the kids to have their own movie nights with a Smart TV.
all this and the perfect location as you are just a short walk from several public beach accesses including sunnyside beach Shopping at Pier Park is only a short 5 miles East and the shoppes and restaurants of 30A are only a few miles West. Camp Helen State Park which offers kayaking and dune lake fishing is nearby. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for guests' use.
