we welcome furry friends! if you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 50 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are not allowed except for Motorcycle Rally weekend. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4 EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Sept - April Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers. Please reach out for special rates and stays over 30 days do NOT pay HOT tax of 15%.
