Positive: Very spacious. Kitchen well appointed. Linens included. Paper products except tissues included.

Negative: 3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The queen room has no access to the upstairs bathroom except through another bedroom. Needs to have another adult room near bathroom.
