the space
your entry will be on the second level with a covered porch There is plenty of space on the porch to sit back and relax with your morning coffee or afternoon wine. Upon entry, there is a comfortable dining area open to a separate TV room with comfy sofas and Smart TV. Down the hall is a cozy bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom in the back of the home has a queen size bedroom, bathroom with shower and closet, and Smart TV. The kitchen is in the back of the home and is fully equipped everything you need. The spiral staircase leads you up to the third level master suite with a king size bed, Smart TV, and access to covered balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted corner tub, separate shower and sink. There is a walk-in closet with a washer/dryer for your use. Note you are renting the 2nd and 3rd floors. The first floor is another unit, occupied by a long-term resident that you might see coming and going.

we're located mid-beach - halfway between the st simons pier village and east beach This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.
