there's two beaches ( forte de sJΓ΅ao Beach and Aveiros Beach) about 6/7 minutes walking from the Complex gate.
the kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products
damage deposit - please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.
