This is a shared property with a small family living upstairs. The rental space is a basement apartment with it is own private entrance.
the kitchen: the kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and gadgets needed to make a meal you will have a keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker, as well as a starter set of coffee supplies
living space: this newly renovated apartment has an open floor plan The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is a smart TV, games, and foosball table. There is a portable crib, high chair, children's toys, and baby bath that can be brought in upon request. There is a desk in the common area with a large monitor that our guests are able to hook up to.
there is one bedroom, with a king bed and bunk bed with a twin xl over a queen
outdoor space: the backyard is fully fenced-in, so bring your pets! there is a wood burning chimney outside that you are welcome to use, and plenty of seating There is also a propane fire pit table to enjoy! There is also a child's playhouse with a swing set in the fenced in area.
pets: pets are allowed! there are 2 friendly cats that live on the premises, but they do not have access to the downstairs apartment You may see Leo and Luna wandering around outside, and they are happy receive outdoor cuddles and scratches.
