This newly built, modern apartment and building (constructed in 2019) in a quiet and high quality neighborhood, offers a perfect location for your stay in Vienna. With a kitchenette, a living room, and a bedroom inside the apartment and additionally, a swimming pool for guests/residents of the building.
the recreational area "alte donau" with a calm lake for swimming or relaxing is just 5 - 10 min walk!

this is the perfect apartment for a single person or couple looking to enjoy a stay in vienna whether short-term, or long-term for work or long vacation The apartment also has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, in case up to 4 people want to stay in the residence.
guests have access to the apartment and the pool please be aware that the pool can be used until 9pm everyday !
