Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: A convenient stop for overnight on a road trip with easy access from the motorway. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we explained we were taking a vehicle and humanitarian aid to Ukraine the hotel manager phoned the owner and managed to get a secure parking space we could use overnight. Overall good value for money.
Negative: I tried but was not able to reserve the underground parking in advance. The hotel was full so this was not available when we arrived.
Summary: Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable overnight stay.
